How to Trade from Trade Alert?
# Try this for few days on paper – if it works for you , try in real.
- Check out closing price and average trade price of the script for the day when trade alert was issued.
- If it is Bullish call, (and You have money to invest for few days, if needed)
1) Take a reference price to buy …. minimum of close price & average price of trade alert day.
2) Find the support arround that reference price from DTL (day trade level)
3) Buy arround that support price in 2,3 phases. Keep patience & wait for price to come at that level.
4) Sell/Cover position - once you are in reasonable profit. # For Rs 100 within 0-3 days 1(intraday) to 2 (delivery) Rs. is a reasonable amount.
5) Switch to another Trade Alert
- If it is Bearish call, (and You have Shares to give as delivery – if needed)
1) Take a reference price to sell …. maximum of close price & average price of trade alert day.
2) Find the resistance arround that reference price from DTL (day trade level)
3) Sell arround that resistance price in 2,3 phases. Keep patience & wait for price to come at that level.
4) Buy/Cover position – once you are in reasonable profit. # For Rs 100 within 0-3 days 1 (intraday) to 2 Rs.(delivery) is a reasonable amount.
5) Switch to another Trade Alert
## Make a stop loss if it breaks major support (buy position)/resistance(Sell position) for the day and you can see clear trend reversal. USE DTL (day trade levels) & Sentiment estimator (always) – Once you know how to read it – it will be very easy to make a decision within few seconds.
### Also look for nextday Trade Alert, if script changes trend (Bullish to Bearish/ Bearish to Bullish), disregard previous Trade Alert & work according to new Trade alert.
#### The trading behaviour may change due to any news or announcement and overall market sentiment. So be Alert & get Updates.
