Need to recalculate, when Cycle,Trend changes and/or every 1 hour to find the sentiment at that time.
Start with 0,
1] If IMRC High is more than : 216.25 than add 1 Otherwise add -1.
2] If IMRC High is more than 222.75 than add 1 Otherwise add -1.
3] If IMRC High is more than 234.75 than add 1 Otherwise add -1.
4] If IMRC LOW is more than 201.92 than add 1 Otherwise add -1.
5] If IMRC LOW is more than 214.18 than add 1 Otherwise add -1.
